The Ringling Brothers Circus was an adventurous time that was thrilling, exciting and spectacular. I attended the event with my 5 year old grandson. We had the pleasure of meeting some of the wonderful people that make this show come to life. First there was Chase Culp who was one of the many clowns. Chase has been with Ringling Brothers for a year but in the business for 5 years. At just 3 years old he remember going to the circus and knew that thats what he wanted to do. Chase loves the fact that he can bring so much joy and laughter to the audience. Next there is Landsey Maryfield who is new to the business and has been with Ringling Brothers for just a year. She attended New York Goof school. Landsey's favorite part of the circus is the traveling to all the cities and the closeness she has with her fellow clowns. And finally there is Ashley Vargas who is a per-host. That means she gets to try on costumes to test them out. Ashley has been with Ringling Brothers for 5 years!! She got into the business because of her love for the animals. Ashley loves to hang out with the elephants.
The circus was filled with entertainment from start to finish. My grandson loved seeing the lions, elephants and horses. In his words, "The tricks were so cool!!!". Just the fact that he got to see so many animals amazed him. When the people were flying through the air his little mouth was dropped the whole time. By the time the show was over he kept telling me that he wanted to be in the circus and do tricks like they were doing. Between the amazing show and the friendly stars I can not wait to go again next year.
