Do you wish you could go for walks more often? Most moms report they do. Walking helps us feel better in so many ways, but we know it’s hard to find the motivation and commitment to take care of Mama Bear. But what if an app could help? What if you could download health and happiness today?
Well, you can. The new release of the 99 Walks app (available for iOS now and Android coming soon!) is connecting women one walk at a time and helping them to change their lives by improving their health and well-being.
How does it work? Simple: One step at a time.
Step 1: Become a 99 Walks Pack Member, set your walking goal, and take your first walk.
Step 2: Take a class while you walk. Challenge yourself with a Power Fitness Class with Jenny, work on your well-being with an Empowerment Class with Joyce, or relax after a long day with a Meditation Walk with Jillie. Classes are recorded and available via the 99 Walks: Walk Tracker App or on the Member Access section of the website.
Step 3: Get support from a team. Through the app, you can join a community team or you can bring your own team of friends to walk with you. You can track your miles together, and cheer each other on every step of the way. Even if you fly solo on your walks, you can tap into our amazing community to keep you moving.
Step 4: Keep going. Read the daily inspiration and connect with our Facebook community. We have all the tools you’ll need to keep things fresh and challenging so you can crush your goals month after month, mile after mile.
So let’s go. Get up, get connected, and get moving today! Try 99 Walks for 2 weeks free, because we’re ready to help you change your life in 99 Walks!
